WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED? DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY?
Yes, for Valentine’s Day, we are currently offering delivery! Please note that due to weather conditions and being a small business with limited staff, as well as the high demand during our busiest time, there may be a spike in delivery fees. We are offering delivery between 1:00 PM and 7:00 PM on February 14th, 2025. To ensure your order is delivered the same day, please place your order before 1:00 PM, as some zip codes have a same-day delivery cutoff time of 1:00 PM. If you miss the cutoff time, don’t hesitate to reach out to us! We’ll do our best to offer alternative delivery options if available. If you’re looking to pick up your order but notice a delivery fee being applied, please check our FAQ section further down the page under "What if I am seeing a delivery fee when I want to pick up?" for more information. DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
No, at this time we cannot offer refunds. We ask that you carefully read all information relating to you order before purchasing. We do our best to bring your ideas to life. This includes keeping 'on theme' with colors, themes and more. We ask when contacting us for custom orders and custom aspects that you provide as much detail as possible including any color samples, screenshots, and inspo photos. In the event you're not satisfied with your order it must be mentioned at the time of pickup. Once an order has been picked up we release all responsibilities to the individual who picks up the order. For descriptions on how to keep your items fresh and safe during transportation see "how do i keep my purchase fresh" FAQ. Failure to pickup your order on time will result in a late fee. Furthermore, failure to pick up you order entirely will result in no longer being able to purchase from us.
WHAT SHOULD I MENTION IN MY INQUIRY?
Be a specific as possible on colors, themes, quantity, date and time of when you want to pick your order up. If possible also include any inspiration photos you may have even if it is inspiration of specific colors.
Why am I seeing a delivery fee when I want to pickup
If you are seeing a delivery fee during checkout but wish to choose the *Free Pickup in Lemon Grove* option instead, please follow these steps:
1. On the **Cart Page**, fill in all your required details, including your name, phone number, and any other necessary information, then click *Continue*.
2. Scroll up to the **Payment** section. Right above that, you will find the **Delivery Method** section. Click *Edit* next to it.
3. In the **Delivery Method** options, select *Free Pickup in Lemon Grove* to avoid the delivery fee and proceed with your order.

Yes, we offer rush orders for additional fee. Contact us as soon as possible to begin working on your order.
HOW DO I KEEP MY PURCHASES FRESH AND SAFE ?
Once you pickup your order we recommend keeping your order out of direct sunlight and in a cool dark place away from heat. We recommend consuming strawberries the same day you pick up your order. When picking up delicate items such as breakable hearts, cakes and more we recommend handling with caution and using both hands. Oftentimes strawberries will roll/move during transportation which may disturb or alter the layout in which they were presented at pickup.. Breakable hearts are often design with letters and other chocolate molds this means we recommend keeping out of sunlight and any rough handling as some letters/designs may fall off or melt.
